My tutoring approach

You'll want good exam results, and I'll do my utmost in partnership with you to make sure you get them. But good grades will be easier to obtain if you can appreciate the power and beauty of maths too. This is when learning becomes exciting, and studying becomes easy.

I aim to provide an environment that is friendly, focussed and ambitious, where we both commit to sustained concentration and effort towards our goals. I will always start from where you are. I'll strive to create an atmosphere in which you don't fear making a mistake, but rather we'll pursue an error's consequences to where contradictions will be gently pointed out.

Whatever your starting ability, you'll be welcome in my sessions, and I'll encourage every student I teach to reach their full potential.

Modules taught: C1, C2, C3, C4, FP1, FP2, FP3 (some areas), M1, M2, S1, S2, D1, DE
